The status of eKolok after its verification can be as follows:
- Issued - eKolok can be used at the office/court for the selected service
- Spent - eKolok was used at the office/court for the selected service
- Cancelled - eKolok is canceled, it cannot be used at the office/court for the selected service
- Exchanged - eKolok is canceled, it is not possible to use it used at the office/court for the selected service
- Awaiting registration - eKolok does not exist in the central register of fees
- Fraudulent - eKolok does not exist in the central register of fees
- Unpaid - unused eKolok could not be refunded to the taxpayer
- Sent again for refund - unused eKolok was submitted to the SP branch for refund, the refund process is in progress
- Booked for refund - the unused eKolok was submitted to the SP branch for a refund, the refund process is in progress
- Sent for a bulk refund - the unused eKolok was submitted to the SP branch for a refund, the refund process is in progress
- Sent for a refund - the unused eKolok was submitted to the SP branch for a refund, the refund process is in progress
- Refunded - unused eKolok was successfully refunded to the taxpayer
- Expired - the eKolok was not used before the expiration date, the eKolok can no longer be used at the office/court for the selected service, the eKolok can be refunded at the SP branch
- Does not exist - the eKolok does not exist in the central register of fees
